1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpenClaw-Mod ("Service") at openclaw-mod.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
OpenClaw-Mod provides managed cloud hosting for AI agents built on the OpenClaw framework, including access to pre-trained models for financial analysis, prediction market participation, and trading automation. We are a technology platform only — not a financial institution, investment advisor, or broker.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Past performance (including stated win rates) is based on historical backtesting and does not guarantee future results. You may lose all or part of your capital.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraud
- Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse-engineer any part of the Service
- Use the Service for money laundering or illegal finance
- Resell access without written permission
7. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are payable in advance in cryptocurrency. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw-Mod and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions, service interruptions, or third-party exchange failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for applicable refunds.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, features, and pre-trained models are owned by OpenClaw-Mod and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against OpenClaw-Mod.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
